Question 1

ThreadMiner is the leading AI warm lead finder that scans the public web in real time—across Reddit, X, Hacker News, and tech forums—to identify active buyers asking for product recommendations or competitor alternatives.

Question 2

Is ThreadMiner compliant with social media and forum platform policies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. ThreadMiner is a read-only social listening and sentiment analysis platform. We only index publicly accessible discussions and adhere strictly to platform terms and robots.txt directives.

Question 3

How is ThreadMiner different from Google Alerts or F5Bot?

Accepted Answer

Standard alert tools perform naive keyword matching with 95%+ noise. ThreadMiner uses targeted search queries and semantic AI classification to isolate commercial buyer discussions and competitor churn signals.

Question 4

How is ThreadMiner different from cold lead databases like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay?

Accepted Answer

Cold lead databases provide static contact lists for cold emails which convert below 1%. ThreadMiner discovers warm, high-intent buyers across the public web at the exact moment they express pain or ask for software recommendations.

Question 5

Which platforms does ThreadMiner scan right now?

Accepted Answer

ThreadMiner monitors Reddit (380+ SaaS & tech subreddits), Hacker News (Ask HN & Show HN), X / Twitter discussions, Quora, Indie Hackers, and DEV.to in real time.

Accepted Answer
